The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our IT outsourcing business in the UAE. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading the execution of IT outsourcing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT outsourcing and manpower management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE market. Key Responsibilities: o Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT outsourcing and staffing solutions, focusing on medium to large-scale clients across various sectors including finance, healthcare, retail, and government. o Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships. o Project Management: Oversee the planning, delivery, and execution of IT outsourcing projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client expectations are met. o Manpower Management: Manage staffing requirements for client projects, ensuring the timely recruitment and allocation of skilled IT professionals, developers, and project managers. o Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position the company effectively in the market. o Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, including proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and grow existing business. o Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, project status, and market insights. Requirements: o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. o Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years focused on IT outsourcing and manpower management in the UAE. o Strong understanding of IT outsourcing models and staffing solutions for large-scale projects. o Proven track record of successfully securing and managing IT outsourcing projects in the UAE or GCC region. o In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, including key industries and regulatory landscape. o Experience with proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. o Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus. o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desirable Skills: o Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment. o Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud services. o Established network of contacts within the UAE IT sector.



Requirements

Experience: o The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business development, particularly in the IT outsourcing space. The candidate should have hands-on experience in manpower management for IT projects, from staffing to project execution, with a deep understanding of the UAE market dynamics and customer needs. Industry Knowledge: o Knowledgeable about the IT outsourcing landscape, including technologies, trends, and the nuances of large-scale project execution and staffing solutions. Sales & Negotiation Skills: o Demonstrated ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals with senior decision-makers. They should be comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and leading high-level business discussions. Leadership & Team Collaboration: o Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor teams, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional groups such as recruitment, project management, and operations. Cultural Fit: o A strong alignment with the values of integrity, customer satisfaction, and innovation, with an adaptable and proactive approach to business challenges. Market Insight: o The candidate should have an established network in the UAE, or the broader GCC, and be able to identify market opportunities and trends to stay ahead of the competition. Languages: o Proficiency in both English and Arabic is ideal but not mandatory.
