We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our law firm with a primary focus on new leads of clients who are looking for legal consultation. The BDM will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the law firm by developing and executing strategic business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities to bring in new legal matters across various practice areas. This role requires a proactive, client-centric approach to marketing and case acquisition, ensuring that the firm's legal teams are consistently provided with new cases. The BDM will work closely with partners, attorneys, and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, enhance client relationships, and increase the firm's visibility in the legal marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the firm's goals.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of proposals, responses to RFPs, and presentations for potential clients.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to represent the firm and expand its network.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and branding efforts.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to attorneys and staff on business development best practices.
Salary: AED 8000-AED 10000
