Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen our position as a trusted Facilities Management partner. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of hard and soft services, experience in bidding, and a proven ability to secure contracts and build lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Identify and target key industries and clients to expand Facilico's portfolio.
• Leverage market insights to recommend investments and strategies for maximizing returns.
Client Acquisition
• Actively pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tender submissions to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close contracts aligned with company objectives.
Bidding and Tender Management
• Lead all bidding processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive and client-focused proposals.
Market Positioning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, attend relevant events, and lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Performance Reporting
• Track and report on revenue growth, client acquisition, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress.
Collaboration
• Work closely with operations, finance, and other internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within the Facilities Management sector.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft services in the FM industry.
• Proven track record of securing contracts and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
