Business Development Manager
Job Description
We are looking for Business development Manager to join our construction industry. Candidates should have prior experience in UAE construction industry.
Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and secure new clients and projects in the construction industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders in the market.
Identify and pursue business opportunities, including tenders, partnerships, and collaborations, to achieve projects.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals.
Negotiations to secure new contracts and projects.
Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to align business development efforts with company goals.
Represent company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company's capabilities.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team.
