Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive experience in consultancy and project management. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in client relationship management, market development, and sales within the manufacturing sector . With a strategic mindset and proven ability to deliver results, this role focuses on driving growth, building long-term relationships, and expanding market presence across industries such as construction, real estate, and commercial development .
Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders in the manufacturing and construction sectors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying client requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
2. Market Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector, targeting industries like construction, real estate, and commercial projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands to adapt strategies effectively.
3. Sales and Negotiation
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
4. Product Knowledge and Consultation
• Utilize consultancy experience to advise clients on manufacturing solutions and their applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product offerings are aligned with client requirements.
5. Collaboration and Coordination
• Work closely with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional client service.
• Provide actionable client feedback to R&D and production teams to facilitate continuous product improvement.
6. Strategic Planning
• Design and execute business development strategies to expand market share and achieve company growth objectives.
• Analyse sales performance and market data to refine strategies and accomplish KPIs.
Key Qualifications and Skills/Experience
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or consultancy, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
• Proven experience managing villa and commercial projects is an advantage.
• Prior work experience in Dubai or the GCC region is mandatory.
Technical Acumen
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry-specific products.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate client needs into actionable solutions.
Business Development
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving sustainable growth.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Communication & Negotiation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in negotiation and delivering impactful presentations.
