Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the UAE region, particularly in the BIM (Building Information Modeling) industry, to drive our market expansion efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in spearheading the company's growth both locally and internationally, with a strong focus on BIM-related solutions.
•Key Responsibilities: •
• Strategic Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive company growth objectives, focusing on BIM solutions.
• Market Expansion: Identify and target both local and international markets for business expansion. Conduct thorough market research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the BIM industry, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, with a focus on BIM-related projects.
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers, resellers, and other BIM-related partners.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and drive success.
• Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, and industry events, to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
•Requirements: •
• Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, specifically within the software or BIM industry. Experience with P&L responsibility is essential.
• BIM Knowledge: Strong understanding of BIM technology, trends, and the software market.
• Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, along with a deep understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and regional market dynamics.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Project Management: Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively, with strong project management capabilities.
• Adaptability: A flexible and adaptable approach to thrive in a dynamic, start-up, and fast-paced environment.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant master's degree is desirable.
