Job Description

Role Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our property portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, acquiring new properties, and maximizing revenue opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and sectors for business development. Develop strategies to target and engage prospective clients.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and objectives and propose solutions that align with their business goals.

3. Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively pitching our products/services to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.

4. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market segments.

5. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaigns to support business development efforts.

6. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients. Customize solutions to address client needs and differentiate our offerings from competitors.

7. Networking and Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Build and leverage professional networks to generate leads and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the holiday rentals, hospitality or real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with holiday homes rental market trends and dynamics is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
