Key Responsibilities
• Opportunity Identification:
• Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop strategies to enter untapped markets and enhance existing client portfolios.
• Partnership Building:
• Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with partners in various industries such as facilities management, construction, healthcare, and retail to build long-term partnerships.
• Revenue Growth:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead negotiations and close deals for recruitment services, HR advisory, and corporate solutions.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to address their HR and staffing challenges.
• Proposal Development:
• Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and service agreements that align with client requirements.
• Oversee the tendering process for large contracts to secure new business deals.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to align business development activities with operational capabilities.
• Provide feedback to internal teams regarding market demands and client expectations.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track and report on business development KPIs, sales performance, and revenue growth metrics.
• Continuously improve processes to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of business development efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within HR consulting or related industries.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
