We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive growth for our real estate valuation services. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients such as banks, financial institutions, developers, and government agencies.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development, ideally within real estate or financial services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
• Experience in the Middle East real estate market.
• Membership in professional organizations such as RICS or the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers.
