The successful candidate will represent Booker Accounting Services, promoting our hassle-free business accounting solutions tailored to meet the needs of businesses across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and secure new clients through outdoor sales visits, networking, and referrals.
• Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique accounting needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Market Research : Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Sales Strategy : Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in business development , outdoor sales , or a related role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting services and the needs of businesses in the UAE market is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
