We are looking for this for our client which is leading provider of high-quality grooming products for adults, babies, and pets, with a strong focus on innovation, safety, and market leadership. Our product range includes hair trimmers, nail polishers, and grooming kits, designed to meet the diverse needs of customers worldwide.

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager who will spearhead our efforts to establish and grow partnerships with leading retailers, e-commerce platforms, and specialty stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management : Build and maintain relationships with key accounts such as Carrefour, Lulu Hypermarkets, and other large retail chains.
• Business Development : Identify and target new sales channels in industries such as FMCG, healthcare, pet care, and e-commerce.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand market presence.
• Negotiation & Deals : Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional strategies with retailers and distributors.
• Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
• Team Collaboration : Work with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and product development) to ensure product success in the market.
• Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Experience : 3-5 years in FMCG, healthcare, retail, or personal care product sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills :
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with the UAE retail and e-commerce landscape is a strong advantage.
• Technology : Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
• Language : Fluency in English & Arabic
