Business Development Manager- (part time) (RPO Industry)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by selling RPO services and recruiters to clients in the USA and UAE markets. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Sales:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the RPO sector across the USA and UAE markets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry connections.
• Promote and sell RPO solutions, including dedicated recruiters and recruitment outsourcing services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure long-term partnerships.

2. Relationship Management:

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR managers, talent acquisition heads, and business leaders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and satisfaction.
• Address client concerns promptly and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues.

3. Market Research and Strategy:

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the RPO space.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the USA and UAE markets.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulations in the recruitment and outsourcing sectors.

4. Collaboration and Team Support:

• Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to align services with client expectations.
• Provide regular feedback and insights to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.
• Support marketing initiatives to promote RPO services and expand market reach.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development in the RPO industry.
• Proven success in selling RPO services and recruiters in the USA and UAE markets.
• Strong understanding of recruitment outsourcing models and solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
