The ideal candidate will specialize in B2B sales, with a strong preference for experience in the events and catering industry. This role is integral to our sales efforts, focusing on lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets. --- Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to drive new business opportunities. Identify and acquire new B2B clients, particularly within the events and catering sectors. Generate high-quality leads through diverse channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with the sales team to manage and close deals effectively. Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. --- Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the events and catering industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. Target-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
