YS Lootah Tech is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop innovative strategies, and represent our company as a trusted partner in the IT and digital solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the IT and digital solutions sector, focusing on app and web development, cloud services, and IT consulting.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new target markets.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including development and marketing, to align business goals with client needs.
• Track and analyze key business metrics, providing regular reports on progress and challenges.
• Represent YS Lootah Tech at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the IT sector.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software development, web development, and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
