Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with 2-5 years of experience to drive the growth of our training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients (corporates, professionals, and organizations), and promoting our suite of training courses. You will work closely with the leadership team to expand our reach in the training industry, particularly focusing on developing partnerships with organizations and driving enrollment in our courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase enrollment in our training programs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, professionals, and training partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for training services and courses.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our training offerings.
Conduct market research to understand trends in the training and professional development sectors, and identify new opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients and individuals seeking professional development.
Track and report on business development activities and enrollment progress.
Represent the company at networking events, training fairs, conferences, and industry gatherings to generate leads and promote our training programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of training services and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Help design and refine training offerings to meet market demands and enhance course effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, particularly in the education or training sector.
Strong understanding of business development strategies, client relationship management, and sales techniques for training services.
Experience in developing partnerships with corporate clients or organizations seeking professional development programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, organizations, and internal teams.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience in the training or education sector is highly preferred.
