Ramtic Investment, a reputable investment company specializing in investment sectors, seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, foster strategic partnerships and identify lucrative investment opportunities.

Job Summary

We're looking for a results-driven professional to develop and execute business development strategies, build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors, and contribute to our company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and investments

2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and industry partners

3. Identify and pursue new investment opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations

4. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and due diligence

5. Prepare and present investment proposals, pitches and reports

6. Negotiate and close deals

7. Manage and report on sales performance and pipeline

8. Collaborate with internal teams (investment, marketing, compliance)

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, investments, or financial services

2. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and securing investments

3. Strong network and connections in the UAE's investment community

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

5. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field

6. Professional certifications (CFA) an advantage

7. Fluency in English (Arabic language skills highly valued)
