• Proactively seek out new leads and opportunities
• Engage with potential clients and decision-makers to introduce the company's offerings and establish strong rapport
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities within the fit out industry
• Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to craft effective growth strategies.
• Facilitate networking activities, events, and introductory meetings to expand the client base.
• Identify and establish connections with key industry stakeholders, including architects, designers, and developers.
• Leverage channels such as networking events, trade shows, cold calling, and digital marketing to generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and project requirements to offer tailored solutions and services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of any concerns.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team based on market trends and research findings.
• Work closely with the estimation team to finalize the contracts
• 3-4 years in UAE is mandatory in the same field
• UAE D/L preferably with own car
• Good command of English, and Arabic (preferred)
