Business Development ManagerDubaiStart Date: ImmediatelyWe are looking for a BDM who is able to join an award-winning Interior Design & Fit out Company in Dubai. This role has an immediate start date. The BDM will report to the Operations Director & Managing Director.Qualifications, Experience & Skills required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in Business Management is a plus.
• 2+ years of proven business development experience in the Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Construction industries, focusing on high-value and large-scale projects.
• Natural hunter mentality with a proven ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior stakeholders in the industry.
• Track record of leveraging existing networks to generate leads and close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Fluency in Arabic to effectively engage with a diverse client base across Middle Eastern markets.
• Experience with tenders, bids, and proposals would be highly advantageous.

The role will involve:

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, property developers, real estate agents, and contractors.
• Leverage existing industry connections to expand client base and increase revenue opportunities.
• Identify, engage, and secure new clients, including high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Oversee the development of a healthy project pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
• Represent the firm at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's design services and unique value proposition.
• Drive consistent growth in revenue and profitability through strategic client acquisition and retention efforts.
