Looking for a dynamic & passionate Business Development Manager for video production agency.
•Job Summary:•
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Dubai market. This role requires a deep understanding of the creative and video production industry, exceptional sales skills, and a strategic mindset.
•Key Responsibilities :•
- •Market Research and Analysis :•
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in Dubai.
- Analyze competitive landscape and develop strategies to position company effectively.
- •Client Acquisition :•
- Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including sports organizations, advertising agencies, corporate clients, and media houses.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.
- •Relationship Management :•
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- •Proposal Development:•
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling proposals and pitch presentations.
- Customize proposals to meet the specific needs and goals of potential clients.
- •Networking and Industry Engagement:•
- Represent Videowala at industry events, conferences, and networking functions in Dubai.
- Build a strong network of industry contacts to generate leads and business opportunities.
- •Collaboration :•
- Work closely with the production, marketing, and creative teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide feedback and insights to the team to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
•Qualifications :•
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of UAE experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the creative or video production industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
•Preferred Skills :•
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not required.
