Business Development Manager - Women's Medical Health Technology (B2B) Working Title : "Enterprise Health Leader"

Location : Dubai Type : Full-time, 80% Hybrid Pay : Dh 200-300K •OTE• Uncapped Grade: IC2-4/M1/P7-10/Entry-Mid

•As Enterprise Health Leader at Nabta reporting to head of commerce, you'll be responsible for revenue growth through prospecting/adoption of preventative healthcare-as-a-service subscriptions for women in workforces, which include corporate health packages as add-ons to a company's pre-existing provider's health insurance coverage plan for HR data and inclusion. Territory allocation may vary; initial focus will be Dubai, although future reorgs may include UAE/KSA/Global-regional segmentation by language, industry vertical, turnover, or employee number. Depending on incumbent seniority/experience this BDM position may be either an entry-to-mid level individual-contributor role as a solo Field Sales agent, or carry supervisory responsibility over remoting 1-2 Inside Sales as Territory/Market Development reps (TDR/MDRs). This is NOT a remote role as it requires field visits to customer sites and our Jumeirah clinical office 1D/week, but telecommuting (virtual WFH) is embraced.•

Responsibilities:

• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Prospect and process inbound leadflow to grow a pipeline of opportunities, find potential clients, conduct discovery qualification calls, deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure them, contract deals
• Achieve and report on numerical targets to aid the company's monetised attainment of its OKRs/KPIs
• Decisionmaker Relationship Management:
• Build rapport & maintain linkages with buying-unit (HR, Finance, GM, CSR) at candidate companies, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions for win-win of new business primed for renewals
• Network at HR events generally, engage in discussions and negotiations to accelerate satisfied adoption
• PMF and Business Expansion:
• Find Product-Market Fit through initial customers and extend business into new markets, industries, or areas.
• Workplace Health Advice : Situate our solution within customer's overarching cost-reduction, talent attraction/retention, performance/productivity management, health and wellness initiatives, aligning with their business and diversity/equity/inclusion goals, employee health needs, industry practices as a thought leader & trusted advisor
• Client Engagement and Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their insurance-related challenges, and providing consultative guidance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, desirably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Medicine or related field
• 1-5Y experience selling, marketing, or recommending medical insurance policy plan/scheme, Accounting/HRMS/SaaS software solution, or compensation benefit specifically to C-level decisionmakers at small-business or large enterprises
• Exposure to enterprise health management, insurance-technology, wellness programs, or healthcare consulting
• Sales Skills: Proven quota-carrying track record to generate, persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively
• Relationships: Network of contacts in the territory. Proficiency in building and maintaining strong client bonds
• Understanding of health industry trends, health technologies, corporate wellness solutions, and medical insurance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities by leveraging pain-point questioning
• Proficient in enterprise-selling methods and systems including SFA tools e.g. HubSpot CRM and BANT/MEDDIC
• Ability to navigate complex corporate structures and drive change to reduce procurement cycle time & increase budget
• Resilience and flexibility to thrive in a startup environment of frequent change as a self-led, mission-driven collaborator
• Superb English oral and written fluency required. Extra languages such as Arabic, Desi, Tagalog, or French are a plus
• Willingness to utilise own transport, laptop, and phone for work until company operations in place in 2025 to provide

Remuneration: Fixed pay range, but salary-to-variable split is negotiable based on experience for annual gross On-Target earnings total package including allowances equivalent to 10,000-20,000 AED, but commission is UNCAPPED with acceleRate so potential 30K++! Future eligible equity stock plan. Free basic healthcare in our clinic & PAID maternity/paternity leave.
