Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the corporate and B2B sectors in the UAE market. This role will require a strong understanding of the luxury transportation industry, excellent sales skills, and a deep network of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential corporate and B2B clients.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies. Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales prospecting plan.
• Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, networking, and social selling. Qualify leads based on their potential fit with the company's offerings.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and B2B clients.
• Understand clients' specific needs and requirements. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale.
• Sales Presentations and Proposals: Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Luxury Limousine Services.
• Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
• Negotiations and Contract Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts.
• Ensure that contracts are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and track sales forecasts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights into sales performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in corporate and B2B sales, preferably in the luxury transportation or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and business culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
