FEMALE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
• Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive analysis.
• Evaluate potential markets, segments, and industries for expansion or diversification.
• Assess customer needs and market gaps to tailor the company's offerings.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
• Sales & Negotiation:
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
• Develop proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and customize solutions to meet their needs.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and delivery of services.
• Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures.
• Explore opportunities for collaboration with complementary businesses to expand market reach.
• Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
• Track business development metrics, set goals, and report on performance against targets.
• Prepare and present regular reports on market conditions, sales, and opportunities.
• Provide feedback to senior leadership on market dynamics and competitor activities.
• Brand Development & Market Positioning:
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and proposals.
• Work with the marketing team to position the company's brand in target markets.
• Promote the company's values and unique selling propositions (USPs) to increase market visibility.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 2years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of business development processes, sales techniques, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
