We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager . The ideal candidate is an expert in business planning, financial management, audit management , with a proven background in the transportation, logistics, commercial, and hospitality sectors . Should have multi-sector exposure. This role is ideal for a skilled negotiator and a proactive business opportunity hunter, with the ability to drive growth and create meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive company growth and expand market presence.
• Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Lead financial management and audit processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance business development efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for long-term success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, with experience working in a multi sector organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in business planning, financial oversight, and audit management.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Highly proactive, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
