Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will focus on finding new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our audit services. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the audit industry, strong communication skills, and a strategic approach to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through research and networking.
• Schedule appointments with clients and explain how our services can benefit them.
• Develop business plans to achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored audit solutions.
• Present and promote audit services in meetings and presentations.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to explore new opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for prospective clients.
• Attend industry events and networking activities to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and regularly report on business development activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the audit or professional services sector.
• Strong understanding of audit processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to engage in fieldwork.
• Willingness to relocate to Jeddah.
