Job Summary: The B2B BDM will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
+ Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, including commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
+ Present and demonstrate the value of our environmental services and drinking water filtration solutions to potential clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
+ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
+ Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
+ Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Market Research & Analysis:
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
+ Provide insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams to support continuous improvement.
+ Stay informed about relevant environmental regulations and standards that impact the industry.
• Sales Reporting & Administration:
+ Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
+ Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
