• Drive membership growth across UAE
• Create engagement and participation at events (virtual and face-to-face)
• Support Member Engagement team in promoting support services
• Maintain and increase new membership across defined regions
• Develop stakeholder relationships internally and externally
• Establish local networks with industry partners, peak bodies, and key stakeholders
Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Experience in a member-based organization
