Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the healthcare sector. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth for our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the healthcare sector, particularly in dental, aesthetics, and implant services.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to increase patient volume and enhance service offerings.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare professionals, and potential partners.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and digital marketing efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the clinic's management team to align business development initiatives with overall goals and objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the success of business development initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events to attract new patients.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of the multi-specialty clinic environment and patient care dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience in dental, aesthetics, or implant services is a plus
