We specialise in providing management consulting and executive search solutions for businesses across a variety of industries. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in the UAE. This role will focus on B2B sales, helping expand our client base while building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.Position Overview:You will be responsible for driving growth by attracting new corporate clients, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the UAE market. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development and internal teams to develop sales strategies, create client proposals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the recruitment and executive search process.You will coordinate business development activities with Partners; and will be supported by the consultancy and operations teams from our delivery centres.Key Responsibilities:
Understand and align business development efforts with the companys vision and objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential corporate clients and business opportunities within the UAE.
Build and nurture strong relationships with new corporate clients, while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients.
Actively seek out new B2B opportunities for our management consultancy and executive search services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM database.
Collaborate with internal departments (recruitment, research, marketing) to create and implement growth strategies tailored to the needs of corporate clients.
Develop and present sales pitches, proposals, and strategies to potential clients.
Assist in drafting and refining business plans, sales strategies, and other relevant documents to meet client needs.
Track and analyse sales data to inform and adjust business development strategies for the UAE market.
Coordinate with consulting and operations teams to ensure efficient delivery of services to our clients.
RequirementsQualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in business development, sales, or a related area.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships within the UAE market.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the consulting, recruitment and executive search process.
Previous experience with high-value corporate clients in the UAE is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior-level executives and decision-makers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using CRM systems.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and strategies.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
