We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior decoration, with proven experience in developing business opportunities within the commercial property and office space sectors. You will play a key role in driving growth, building client relationships, and securing new projects.Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial property and office space sectors. Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored interior decoration solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our service offerings and market positioning.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure new business.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including design and project management, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Oversee project progress and address any issues or concerns that arise.
Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the interior decoration or related industry, with a focus on commercial properties and office spaces.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles, commercial property trends, and office space requirements. Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in interior decoration or business development is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage.
