Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Developer to join our team. The Sales Developer will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and driving sales growth for the company. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
Prospecting: Reach out to prospects to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase our products/services and highlight their benefits and value propositions.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements or contracts to meet both client and company needs while maximizing profitability.
Closing Deals: Close sales and achieve sales targets by effectively addressing objections, overcoming challenges, and securing commitments from clients.
Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and clients to provide additional information, answer questions, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Pipeline Management: Manage and update sales pipelines, CRM systems, or other tracking tools to monitor leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to foster loyalty, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in events sales is a plus.
