We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the flexible packaging industry to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of flexible packaging products and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the flexible packaging sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and growth.6.Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of flexible packaging products and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
