About the position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry, with a strong focus on the Middle East market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Experience with high-ticket clients and retainer payment structures is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment industry across the Middle East.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-ticket clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Ensure clients are engaged with retainer payment structures, aligning with company policies.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry, with a focus on the Middle East market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience working with high-ticket clients and managing retainer payment structures.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends in the Middle East.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
