Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at Hausfit. The BDM will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and enhancing revenue streams. This role demands a proactive approach to sales and business development, combined with a deep understanding of the interior design and facility management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Lead Generation:
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the interior design and facility management sectors.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, property developers, and facility managers.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Market Research and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client requirements.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the company's market presence and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Project Coordination and Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design and facility management teams to ensure client specifications are met.
• Oversee project initiation and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the interior design or facility management industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
