Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the company's growth initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to ensure growth and expansion.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Track and report on key metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
