AIITECH IT Education LLC, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development/ sales, with a proven track record of lead collection and conversion. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, converting leads into admissions, and scheduling meetings with schools and corporate offices to introduce our diverse range of courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Identify and collect leads through various channels.
• Convert leads into admissions by effectively communicating the benefits of our courses.
• Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
• Client Engagement:
• Schedule and conduct meetings with schools, colleges, and corporate offices.
• Present and introduce our courses to potential clients and partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling presentations and promotional materials.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
• Provide regular feedback to senior management on market trends and client needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful business deals.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
