Synergy Capital Consultancy is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front for a leading HR Consultancy Company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective strategy. In this role you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a defined clients and prospects. You will provide increased touch points for accounts and educate our customers about our services.
Responsibilities:
• To drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
• Prospect and qualify leads across the UAE market, identifying high-value opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Present our company to potential clients
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
