The Role

NOW HIRING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Our client is a Dubai-based design consultancy specializing in architectural design, master planning and interior design, offering innovative solutions and creative expertise to enhance hospitality, mixed use commercial and residential spaces. The Position: The Business Development Manager will expand our market presence, build partnerships, and ensure efficient operations. This role needs a proactive, strategic thinker who can balance business development and operational needs. Key Responsibilities: o Create and execute business development plans to meet company growth goals. o Find and target new business opportunities and markets to grow the client base. o Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. o Help prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for new business deals. o Research market trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. o Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. o Address and resolve operational issues and challenges that may arise during project delivery. o Communicate with senior management and other departments to align business development and operational strategies. o Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.



Requirements

Requirements: o Bachelor's degree in business administration, architecture, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. o At least 10 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry. o 2+ years UAE experience o Proven success in achieving business development goals and managing complex operations. o Strong knowledge of the architecture and construction industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements. o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. o Ability to think strategically and execute effectively. o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
