10+ years of experience in Business Development
Must have experience in managing Business Development Department.
Must have experience in selling IT box products and ELV Projects
Responsibilities:
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Managing & Supporting the sales team to achieve their monthly target.
Increasing client base
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Writing business proposals
Good IT technical knowledge
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Capability to achieve the target as decided.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and creating new business
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• High level of confidence in own abilities, resilience, and ability to cope with rejection
• Experience in selling Software licenses & services
• Project management, organizational planning, and execution skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
