Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Lead negotiations, close agreements, and handle complaints or objections - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients - Prepare reports on account status, sales forecasts, and goals achievement Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or a relevant role - Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software - Strong sales, project management, and negotiation skills - Excellent customer relationship management abilities - Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and market analysis Nice-to-Have Skills: - Familiarity with software industry trends and technologies - Ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies - Experience in market research and competitive analysis Join us as a Business Development Manager to drive our business forward and contribute to our continued success!
