Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project timelines and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of results.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of shoppers.
• Design survey shopping questionnaires and evaluation criteria tailored to client needs.
• Conduct quality checks on collected data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze survey shopping results and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in survey shopping methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in market research or survey shopping.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoho, and project management softwares.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client expectations.
• Knowledge of survey shopping tools and methodologies.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
