We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in IT sales and a proven track record of success in the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for GRC solutions in the GCC region.
• Identify and target potential clients, establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and understand their business needs.
• Present and demonstrate the value proposition of GRC solutions, including Archer, Alteryx, and TeamMate, to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client's specific requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to the overall growth and success of ANB Global.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on GRC solutions (Archer, Alteryx, TeamMate, etc.).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the GCC region.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
