Job Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth and enhance market presence. This role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship building, and a deep understanding of different industries in the UAE, especially in delivery services and BPO.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
• Identify and engage with potential clients in need of business solutions.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to secure new business partnerships.
Market Analysis:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy:
• Devise and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the recruitment and operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Proposal Development:
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, showcasing the organization's capabilities and expertise.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable business agreements.
Networking:
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services and expand professional connections.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the recruitment and operations team to align business development efforts with current market demands.
• Provide feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Business development role in UAE market, especially in delivery services and BPO.
• Proven experience in business development, delivery services, and the BPO industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
