Hiring for Senior Business Development Executive (Staffing):

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and cultivate relationships with new and existing corporate clients in diverse industries.

2. Identify and pursue new corporate clients across multiple sectors, including banking, finance, IT, customer service, insurance and security.

3. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets across different industries.

4. Customize staffing solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of clients in diverse sectors.

5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and develop targeted strategies for client acquisition.

6. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management across diverse sectors.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage expertise and resources for business development efforts across various industries.

8. Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company across diverse industries.

Requirements:

Minimum 10years experience in Business development (Staffing).

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
