Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaker Only)

Ele Interior requires a Business Development Manager for their Luxury Interior Design business. The applicant needs to be comfortable building relationships, creating strategies to promote the business, working alongside marketing initiative and helping to enable this. In addition the candidate should have experience in approaching all types of clients, closing deals & being creative with a passion or interest in developing networks & selling design for high end luxury spaces. Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning, implementing and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers, developing sales through existing leads, while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Managing and increasing Company Database, marketing the company to generate sales using all resources.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Training personnel and helping team members understand the inclusion of marketing and sales opportunities into their tasks.
• Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
• Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
• Effective intercompany liaison with the Implementation teams
• Coordinate our social media strategy and presence together with the Web developer & Social Media Manager
• Site visits to follow up, maintain relations and collaborate design into the execution of the projects.
• Management of your sales targets, the organisation and reporting to the Company Director
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Arabic speaking is required.
• Experience in Interior Design & Sales essential.
• Presentable.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Marketing experience
• Proficient in CRM systems, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Hands on approach to ensure work Is completed
• Driving License
