Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the company's growth in the digital solutions market. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends. Analyze competitors and their offerings to develop strategic business plans.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels including networking, social media, cold calling, and attending industry events. Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and propose tailored digital solutions that meet their business objectives.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize results.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential clients. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients. Ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues that arise during project execution.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the digital solutions industry.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and IT solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
