Position : Business Development Manager

Requirements :

We are a growing real estate consultancy looking for an active, proficient and self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting targets, generating business and building and maintaining relationships with key Clients.

The ideal candidate would have some real estate experience and a minimum of 3 years' experience with the UAE market, as the requirement would be to play a lead role in business development but also a supporting role for operations.

We are looking for a self-starter who is capable of identifying and developing business and revenue-generating. A UAE driving license and a good command of English (spoken and written) is essential, and you should be presentable. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

Other important parts of the role are Client relationship management, negotiation, building rapport, communication, teamwork, willingness to travel, and a positive common-sense attitude. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, ideally with their own real estate, finance or consulting network to generate business from day one.
