Job Description

- 8-10 years of experience in outdoor sales, primarily in the B2B domain, preferably from Automotive, Logistics or Equipment Rental Industry.
- Proven track record of achieving volume targets and KPIs and focusing on specific market segments and meeting deadlines.
- Plan and build a strong sales pipeline to ensure volume and profitability targets are achieved.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients from specific market segments.
- Should be able to guide the customer through the entire sales process cycle right from prospecting to assisting in payment collection.
- Maintain a healthy payment collection cycle with the clients.Requirements: - Manage clients as a dedicated Account Manager with utmost service and on-boarding experience.
- Prepare Daily Reports on sales activities, pipeline and customer database.
- Plan and co-ordinate with different departments within the company such as Operations, HSE and Finance to successfully on-board new clients.
- Able to work on sales process tools such as CRM software and SOPs.
- Proactively keep track of Market trends & Competitor knowledge and explore new opportunities of business.
