The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting or manpower, coupled with exceptional business development skills to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships in the region.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company\'s presence in the UAE.
• Identify and target potential clients, including private sector companies, and multinational corporations, to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
• Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, presentations, and bids for projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and finance, to develop customized solutions and deliver high-quality services to clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our capabilities and establish thought leadership in the field.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development roles within the consulting or manpower industry, preferably in the GCC region.
• Deep understanding of the local market dynamics, regulatory environment, and business practices in the UAE
• Strong network within the engineering, construction, or energy sectors in the UAE
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus.
