Job Title: Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Location: Sahara Healthcare City - Al Nahda - Al Nahda 1 - Sharjah Type: Full-time Introduction: We, a prominent digital marketing agency based in UAE, is actively looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team our innovative Digital Marketing Agency. This role is pivotal in driving growth through identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the client base. If you have a passion for digital marketing, a knack for sales, and a strategic mindset, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand our client base.
Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing industry in Dubai.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in negotiation, communication, fluent English proficiency and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of generating annual revenue between 1 to 1.5 million AED in the past 2-3 years.

Reporting Structure: The Business Development Manager will report to the Marketing Director. Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with performance-based bonuses.
Work Visa after probation period.
Annual leave of 30 days per year
