Position Overview:

We are seeking a Russian speaker motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with a deep understanding of the mortgage industry and a passion for driving growth and success. Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the mortgage industry, including partnerships with real estate agents, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.Russian speaker
Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to drive growth and expand our market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and resource.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative mortgage products and solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact our business, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently driving revenue growth and profitability.Russian speaker

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Experience:
